As much as I dislike Miley Cyrus, I have to say I do believe her when she says in the year she’s been irrelevant, she has grown quite a pair. If I can go from being an A(verage) to a B(udding) to nearly C(uddly) from senior year of high school to sophomore year of college I can completely understand the same happening to her.
